Fabiola Cacciatore holds a master in Science Communication from the University of Parma, complemented by another master's degree in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management from the 24 Hours Business School. Her academic background reflects a dynamic blend of expertise, combining the nuances of communication with a strategic understanding of digital marketing and social media dynamics.

Embarking on her professional journey, Fabiola became an integral part of the IPPOG team at CERN in 2022, where she initially worked as Communication Officer and Social Media Manager. Her proactive approach and skills led to her elevation to the position of Scientific Secretary and Head of Communication in 2023.

In this role, Fabiola assumes a multifaceted responsibility, overseeing both internal and external communication strategies for the organisation. She manages the social media channels, ensuring a robust online presence, and cultivates essential relationships with collaborators and media entities. She is also in charge of the organisation of the two international meeting of IPPOG (spring and autumn).
