Success stories

The presentation of "success stories" and outreach projects of all kinds, shapes and target audiences is organised twice a year by the IPPOG collaboration. Many are related to cosmic rays and can be found by selecting the main topic Universe and the tag Cosmic Rays in the IPPOG Resources Portal:

Publications

• The initial goal and history of the Global Cosmic initiative was presented in the 2021 edition of the International Cosmic Ray Conference (ICRC) and is described in its proceedings: "IPPOG Global Cosmic Rays Portal: Making Cosmic Rays Studies available to schools worldwide" -  Barbora Bruant Gulejova and the IPPOG Collaboration 2021 J. • Most Global Cosmic projects holders present their activities at ICRC, the International Cosmic Ray Conference that takes place every second year. The first Outreach session was organised by DESY in 2021, followed by Japan in 2023 and CERN in 2025.
